Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with RPF Post Mokama Case No.01/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 3 RPUP Act. Learned counsel for the State informs that the name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused and there is one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the application.

On perusal of the records it appears that although it is stated that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, but the fact remains that he is an accused in a similar nature of case in which he is on bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15330 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application is dismissed.
