Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's mobile, cash and motorcycle were robbed. The First Information Report was registered against unknown. Subsequently motorcycle, mobile and other motorcycles were recovered from the co-accused Md. Sajit @ Masoom who confessed that this petitioner also participated in commission of the offence.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly only on the basis of confession of the co-accused the petitioner has been roped in the present case. Considering the nature of accusation, let learned Court below consider the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23907 of 2015 (2) dt.29-06-2015 2/2 petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 641 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
