Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 302, 201, 404, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the abduction of the husband of the informant is against unknown.

During investigation co-accused Ravindra Yadav, confessed before the Police that he had committed the murder and he had forcefully obtained help of the petitioner in disposal of the dead body to hide the evidence of murder.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case that there is no substantive material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No.363 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
