Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injuries sustained by the father and mother of the informant have been found to be simple in nature. There is a case and counter case and both parties sustained injuries. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16237 of 2022(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua Police Station Case No. 224 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
