2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Gaura P. S. Case No. 174 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64(1), 351(2)(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Section 4/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with coaccused Arbaz Alam committed unnatural sex with 10 year old son of the informant, when he had gone to attend nature's call in the field and made video of the same. Victim in his statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 BNSS, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
