The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120(B) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only allegation against the present petitioner is that she was talking to someone on the mobile while the informant and his brother were leaving for the market. It is further submitted that while they were coming from the market, the informant and his brother were attacked in which the brother of the informant was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19486 of 2016 (2) dt.05-07-2016 2/2 killed.
Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, and there is only remote reference to the petitioner being in conversation with someone whose name does not stand disclosed, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
