The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 39 of 2014 arising out of Economic Offences P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014 registered under sections 8/20(B)(III)29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-VI. Patna. Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 50838 of 2016 on 19.01.2017. Now, no fresh ground is made out to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44619 of 2017 (3) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. However, Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial day-to-day basis within a period of six months. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
