Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Baisi PS Case No.257 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant and the petitioner are closely related and they quarreled over trivial dispute and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. However, the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Sirajuddaullah @ Md. Siraj is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35641 of 2018(2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnia in connection with Baisi PS Case No.257 of 2017.
