ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is specific allegation against the petitioner, the injuries found on the brother of the informant have been found to be simple in nature. It is stated that the similarly situated Naga Roy has since been released on bail in Cr. Misc. No. 46873 of 2017 vide order dated 21.09.2017.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48605 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IInd, Saharsa, in connection with Salkhua P.S.
