The petitioners seek bail in Case No. C2-35/2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a)(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition Excise and Amendment Act, 2018/ 30(a)(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 54 litres of Nepali Saufi has been recovered from possession of the petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 24.01.2019 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. C2-35/2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
