The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023 registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is neither the driver nor the owner of the seized vehicle from where the alleged recovery has been made. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
