2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 (GR No. 1215 of 2024)registered for the offence under Sections 394, 307 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the unknown criminals looted the motorcycle. While committing loot they have shot at the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatry statement of the co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the trial has started but no witness has been examined. Petitioner is accused in nine more similar and serious cases.
6. Considering the seriousness of the offence of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
7. The S.P., Madhubani is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses of the trial.
8. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Madhubani, for its compliance through FAX or e-mail forthwith.
