The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur (Hajipur) Rail P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran at Chapara.

Accusation is that the petitioner along with others named in the F.I.R. started to scuffle with the informant, who is the gateman of Railway Department and in that course, they also tried to press the neck of the informant and caused blood oozing injury through piece of bamboo.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner, Ex-Sarpanch of Gram Kachahari, has falsely been

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within six weeks and pray for regular bail which will be disposed of in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
