2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.586 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 337, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. For a trivial dispute, the accused persons have injured the victim. Navin Yadav is the assailant of the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
