JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,448,341,342 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that thirty persons including the petitioners took the father of the informant, tied him with tree and assaulted with brick and rod.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. More over, similarly situated accused persons

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23934 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 43035 of 2013, 46589 of 2013 and 22214 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 376 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
