JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 36 liters country-made liquor. He submits that the petitioner is the driver of the vehicle and he was not aware of the fact that liquor was loaded in the vehicle in question. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months and the fact that the petitioner is the driver of the vehicle and he is not the owner of the liquor, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on
