This application is filed for quashing the order dated 07.10.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Bhadurpur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2013.

The FIR was registered against a large number of persons and the petitioner's culpability has been found in the offence during investigation.

The petitioner cannot be exonerated without facing trial.

According this application is dismissed.

The District Judge, Patna is directed to send a report about the stage of trial of the present case. List this case after two weeks.
