Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased. With reference to the first information report (FIR), which has been lodged by the father of the deceased girl, it has been stated that even in the FIR, the allegation is that the girl had allegedly reported that it were the mother-in-law, father-in-law and the husband who were torturing her. It is further pointed out that so far as father-in-law Shyam Nath Rai @ Shyam Nath Roy and mother-in-law Reshma Devi are concerned, they have already been granted bail, in anticipation of arrest, by this Court. It is further pointed out that the informant has subsequently informed

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Fatuha PS Case No 206 of 2013 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
