Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is an eyewitness of the occurrence. The F.I.R. would reveal that in his presence the F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped his son and committed murder subsequently. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that there is substantial

No.35515 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 material against the petitioner in the present case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Muffassil Police Station Case No.574 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
