The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, on a raid being conducted 391.5 litres of IMFL was recovered from near the house of coaccused Rakesh Sah and the three accused persons including the petitioner herein were taken into custody. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Coaccused Rakesh Sah has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 30.4.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no.23830 of 2021. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Case no. 546 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.
