2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 394, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have fired upon the victim and looted him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued this case and has submitted that the allegation of firing is against one Amar Yadav and not the petitioner.

6. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner and has submitted that during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18415 of 2025(4) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 investigation, the petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of other co-accused and he is accused in three more cases of similar and serious nature.

7. Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner has argued this case vehemently but in such a serious case, the petitioner cannot be granted bail.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed by the prosecution then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
