After some arguments, Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the application in order to file an appropriate application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before this Court in case an adverse police report is submitted against the petitioner on completion of investigation. Leave is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 04.06.2015 passed by this Court stands vacated.
