This is a petition for anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 364 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.
In view of the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she had eloped with co-accused Monu Ram who happens to be the son of the petitioners, out of her own sweet will, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar, in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.130/16
