The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 25/2018 dated 03.02.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have inflicted a knife injury in the stomach of the son of the informant, for which he was treated in a private clinic and from there, he was referred to superior medical centre for better treatment.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the injury report also appears to have been collusively brought into existence. The reason for falsely implicating the petitioner is that the informant and the other family members wanted the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35061 of 2018 (3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 to work in their house/field for gratis, which was denied/refused by the petitioner.
The petitioner does not bear any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.02.2018.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge 2nd, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 25/2018, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 82/2018. (Ashutosh Kumar, J.) Rakhi U T
