2. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2016 in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016, G.R. No. 1304 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the FIR is against four unknown persons. The allegation of recovery of the country made pistol and all other incriminating goods is false. The petitioner is on bail in the two other cases in which he is made accused,

4. Learned APP on the basis of case diary submits that the petitioner has been apprehended upon chase after the occurrence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20529 of 2017 (7) dt.19-08-2017 and incriminating articles have been recovered from his possession which clearly indicates his participation in the offence.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
