2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khesar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 307, 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant namely Ajay Kumar with iron rod on his head, due to which, he sustained head injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Both the parties are agnates. He has further submitted that the members of defense side have also suffered grievous injuries. There is case and counter case and the occurrence has taken on a trivial issue of fixing air conditioner.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the injuries on shoulder of the injured Ajay Kumar is grievous in nature to which the learned counsel for the petitioner replies that it is not attributed against the present petitioner.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Khesar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
