ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.11 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that save and except the bald allegation made against the entire family members, which also includes the present petitioner, there is no further specific allegation against the present petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegations and that it was the husband who has been demanding a motorcycle, let the

No.19504 of 2016 (3) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Sitamarhi, in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.11 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
