JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018, Special Case No. 3904 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30 (a), 38(1) (2), 41 (1) (2), 32 (2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 25.4.2018 in connection with seizure of 750 ML foreign liquor from their possession.
