He states that he has not been arrested and seeks liberty to file a separate application for anticipatory bail in respect of petitioner No.1.

Whereas there is no bar in filing second anticipatory bail application, the Court will consider whether the said application can be maintained or not, if an application is filed on behalf of petitioner No.1.
