JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 414, 420, 120(B) and 201/34 of the I.P.C. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he put two luggage on the trolley on the instruction of the Custom Superintendent Kanchan Chakraverty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is a casual staff of the Custom Department who put two luggage on the trolley on the direction of the Custom Superintendent. He further submits that co-accused, Binod Singh @ Binod Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 26.04.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.17587 of 2016.

No.19527 of 2016 (2) dt.13-06-2016 2/2 Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court bellow within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., IV, Gaya, in Magadh Medical College P.S.Case No.16 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of Cr.P.C.
