The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2018 in connection with Chapra P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has surfaced on the statement of those two boys, who were arrested from the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that no specific allegation or any overt act has been attributed to the present petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is a college student and has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36710 of 2018 (2) dt.13-07-2018 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018.
