JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through virtual court proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 549 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the marriage of the daughter of the Informant was solemnized with Md. Dilshad three years back and sufficient gifts of cash and kind were given at the time of marriage. After marriage, the victim girl went to her matrimonial house where she was subjected to torture and cruelty for fulfilling the demand of motorcycle. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 20.12.2019.

Looking to the fact that the petitioner is the lady and is the Gotni of the deceased as also considering the present situation arising out of Covid-19 outbreak, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 549 of 2019.
