Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Durgawati PS Case No. 18/2019 for the offence registered under Section 392 and 395 of the IPC, inasmuch as the earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 30083/2020 by order dated 24.11.2020 giving liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail afresh after three months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2020.

Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that pursuant to the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22932 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 dated 24.11.2020, petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail afresh after three months, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, CHANDAN KUMAR be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Durgawati PS Case No. 18/2019. Needless to say that the parties while furnishing bail bonds will abide by the covid protocol of social/physical distancing.
