1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature at "Mandamus" commanding and directing the Respondents to make payment of due retiral benefits such as G.P.F, A.C.P and M.C.P. leave encashment, Provident Fund etc. of the deceased wife of the Petitioner as per 6th Pay commission report and arrear of Salary of deceased wife of the Petitioner as per 6th Pay Revision, since 01.04.1997 to 30.04.2016 and admissible interest there of total dues amount."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, faced with the factum of the earlier writ petition of the petitioner having

No.1271 of 2022, seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
