2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cyber (Madhepura) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67, 67(B), 66© and 66(E) of the Information Technology Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of establishing physical relationship forcibly and extorting money and jewellery from the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2024 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that without accepting his guilt, the petitioner is ready to pay the amount claimed by the informant in the FIR and he is ready to

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhepura/concerned Court in connection with Cyber (Madhepura) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Madhepura Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioner shall furnish a demand draft of Rs. 1,00,000/- prepared in the name of the informant. If the petitioner furnishes the demand draft of Rs. 1,00,000/-, the Court below shall accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and hand over the said demand draft to the informant.
