2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84236 of the 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that the trial is on the verge of conclusion and arguments are going on.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is dismissed.
