ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 472, 269 and 270 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, namely, Anita Devi, w/o Sri Jai Kishore Ram is merely working as Maid servant at the centre known as Srimati Sawastik Sewa Kendra situated at Narayan Chowk under Chhauradano Police Station. It is further submitted that nothing has been said about the complicity of the petitioner in running the said centre.

No.19550 of 2016 (3) dt.05-07-2016 2/2 Considering the statement made in the F.I.R and the role of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
