JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S.Case No. 67 of 2018 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that police apprehended some miscreants and recovered arms. From the possession of the petitioners, one country made pistol and two live cartridge alleged to have been recovered, but a separate case under the Arms Act was instituted, besides the present case, under the Arms Act they are on bail and petitioners have no criminal antecedent, except the present one.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely , Rahul and Jabbir, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36385 of 2018(3) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018.
