JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 11.01.2020, seeks bail in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 09 of 2020, dated 10.01.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 274, 275, 468, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 27(d), 28 and 28(A) of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act 1940 and Amendment Act 2008.

A raid was conducted in the medicine shop run under the name and style of New T.P. Medical Stores, Boring Road, Patna on information that proper bills with respect to narcotics and psychotropic drugs are not being maintained.

The petitioner has been shown to be a staff of the proprietors of the aforesaid medicine shop. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14243 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 proprietors of the medicine shop are stated to have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforestated facts the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 09 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
