2. Earlier twice, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. On last occasion i.e. order dated 22.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 66294 of 2022, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

3. Trial Court report reveals that four witnesses have already been examined on behalf of the prosecution and only two private witnesses are yet to be examined, for which nonbailable warrant has already been issued.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
