Petitioner seeks bail in Barauni Rail P.S. Case No.59 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018 having clean antecedents. Petitioner is not named in the written report. SIM of the petitioner was stolen and he was searching the same. In the meantime, police filed requisition for warrant of arrest against the petitioner. Thereafter, petitioner surrendered in the Court below and is in custody.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15531 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Railway, Barauni, in connection with Barauni Rail P.S.
