JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 26-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the sale deed was executed by the informant in the year 2003 for which an FIR has been lodged in the year 2015. It is also contended that Town P.S. Case No. 161 of 2015 was filed by the purchasers' side against the informant's side at earlier point of time. It is urged that the co-accused, namely, Smt. Chanda Singh and Sanjeet Kumar Singh have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34748/2015 (Annexure-2).

No.19467 of 2016 (2) dt.26-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Nirbhay Kumar Raj be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.133/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
