The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P.S.Case No.347 of 2018 registered under Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the delay in institution of the first information report and the observation made by the learned Session Judge, Sitamarhi in his order dated 23.05.3018 that no remnant of burnt material was seized by the police in course of investigation, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35995 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P.S. Case No.347 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
