2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barahra P.S Case No. 309 of 2023 from the Court of learned C.J.M, Purnea registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the I.P.C.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with co-accused have assaulted the informant and looted his tractor, mobile and money.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is named in FIR. It is also submitted that petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19779 of 2024(2) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 judicial custody since 11.08.2023.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the allegation as regard to theft of tractor as well as mobile and money recovered from the possession of this petitioner, and also considering the seriousness of this case this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the trial court is directed to concluded the trial within a period of one year from a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner has liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the trial court.
