2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Ghataho P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024, dated 07.09.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 74, 352 and 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR named accused persons, variously armed, came at the house of the informant and badly assaulted her and her family members and also snatched the informant's gold dholana worth of Rs. 27,000/- (Rupees twenty-seven thousand only).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the present case is the counter blast of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15872 of 2025(2) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 Ghataho P.S. Case No. 37 of 2024, which was lodged by the petitioner's side against the informant's side. He has further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with one Kamlesh Sahni had inflicted iron-rod blow on the head of the informant's mother-in-law and she had received the injury, however, as per medical report, the doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature caused by light and blunt object. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner's period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Dalasingsarai, Samastipur, in connection with Ghataho P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
