Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 192 of 2017 for the offence under section 20/22 of NDPS Act and Section 37(C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learend counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.7.2017. He submits that in the instant case the allegation is that 450 kg. of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was in a drunken condition.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than 11 months and the quantity of Ganja is small quantity, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on
