JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pali P.S. Case No.10 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the suppression of regarding earlier rejection of pre-arrest bail when the petitioner filed another application before the Court of Sessions and the prayer was allowed and when concealment of fact was brought to the notice of the court, it cancelled his privilege of pre-arrest bail and directed him to surrender before the court with a warning not to repeat such act in future, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36007 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
