Patna High Court MJC No.847 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 dated 01.08.2017, passed in L.P.A. No. 2065 of 2016, arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 2800 of 2014, the Statutory Authority has restored the possession of the petitioner on 25.11.2018. In the light of the aforementioned submission of learned counsel for the respondent-State, the present contempt petition stands dropped.
