The petitioner appears to be husband of the complainant and he was granted provisional bail by this court vide order dated 19-12-2013.

Now, it is informed that the complainant and the petitioner have settled their dispute amicably and have filed a joint petition for compromise before the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali.

Learned counsel, appearing for the complainant submits that he has no instruction in respect of the filing of the above-said compromise petition.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47732 of 2013 (3) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 petition stands disposed off with direction to learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur to confirm the provisional bail, granted to the petitioner in Complaint Case No. 1119 of 2012 after verifying the genuineness of compromise petition and if it is found that the dispute of the parties has not been settled, the concerned court shall not confirm the provisional bail, granted to the petitioner and in that event, he shall pass appropriate order in this matter.
