Mr Rajesh Kumar Verma, ASG ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment has been considered by the Authorities in accordance with the extant provisions. The petitioner's claim has been considered thrice and, therefore, in view of the said developments, nothing survives in the instant writ petition.
Learned Assistant Solicitor General had earlier filed counter affidavit placing on record these facts. Writ petition, therefore, is dismissed.
